A more detailed plan for the project is created where we agree a price for the project, the timescale and finalise calculations and specifications.
Deciding the optimum crew for the project, what equipment is needed and getting it prepared, organising logistics and outlining the best way to tackle the problem.
Ensuring that the construction is done quickly and efficiently and that the client is satisfied with the construction. Guarantee that the crew are working to their maximum potential and achieving maximum results.
Feedback is received from clients and crew. We then review the whole process from start to finish and identify our strengths and weaknesses. We then look at how we can improve our service to clients for future projects.
